CRA Program Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRA Program Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret CRA regulations, review community development activities, and prepare rationale write-ups
• Conduct analysis of CRA programs and provide recommendations for improvements
• Plan and execute volunteer appreciation events and coordinate volunteer opportunities related to CRA/Community Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in community reinvestment or program management, or a High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in the same fields
• Preferred experience as a current contractor/contingent worker for a financial institution
• Experience in volunteer management within a large financial institution
• Knowledge of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program compliance and examination
