Job Summary

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and implementation of knowledge-sharing initiatives across corporate and business units
• Act as a resource for underwriting business units in utilizing collaboration platforms and content management methodologies
• Contribute to the development of analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of knowledge-sharing programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three to five years of experience in a consulting practice or a large corporation in a similar operational, research, or analytical role
• Knowledge of and exposure to the insurance industry is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in content management systems, collaboration platforms, and data management
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
