New York Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and diagnose common acute conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and treatment adherence

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• 5+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Must hold two active state licenses with full practice and prescriptive authority
• Must be nationally NP board certified: FNP-BC or FNP-C
• Prior experience working in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room (ER) setting
