Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transformation Consultant - IT Operating Model Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design future-state organizational structures to support IT operating model objectives
• Develop and implement organization design strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee performance management initiatives and monitor the progress of transformation programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience in large program management focused on IT operating model transformations
• Proven expertise in IT organization design and performance management
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery models and digital transformation
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and modern IT operating methodologies
