Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Master complex software applications and assist new customers with implementing technological solutions
• Map current state workflows into future state application workflows and document business requirements
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and customers on best practices for integrating technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
• 3+ years' experience in healthcare technology
• 3+ years' experience in navigating, configuring, and troubleshooting software settings across platforms
• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and general clinical research processes
• Technically savvy in exploring and adapting to new technologies
