Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant - Large Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post go-live tier 3 client support and resolve production issues
• Configure the platform to meet client requirements and perform data conversion analysis
• Design and build reports and dashboards, and conduct user training

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous technical consultant experience in a client-facing role
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and XML
• Preferred experience in API and data mapping
• Risk industry experience is preferred
