Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Design Consultant to assist Fortune 500 companies in optimizing their structures and processes for improved performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of current organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions that optimize organizational design and change management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the organization's structure with business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in organizational design, change management, and/or consulting
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of best practices in organization design and change management
  • Certification in change management or organization design is a plus
