Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of current organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions that optimize organizational design and change management strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the organization's structure with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in organizational design, change management, and/or consulting
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of best practices in organization design and change management
- Certification in change management or organization design is a plus
