Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter II in the Real Estate Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist relationship managers in the assessment and underwriting of Small Balance Commercial Real Estate loans
• Perform detailed credit analysis and prepare underwriting documents for loan submissions
• Coordinate with various teams for commercial loan decisions and provide customer service to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related fields
• 5+ years of commercial banking experience, including credit underwriting
• Expert knowledge of credit underwriting for major investment CRE property types
• Strong analytical skills in underwriting CRE properties and financial statements
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and commercial lending software
