Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Personal Banker.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend financial products and services to meet individual member needs
• Process and manage member accounts, including opening new accounts and consumer loan applications
• Troubleshoot and provide training on member services technology and related issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, sales, customer service, and banking at a Credit Union or Banking institution
• Experience with consumer loan application and processing
• Experience with account opening and teller transactions
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment
