Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with their insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
  • Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers
  • Assist customers with questions regarding their existing insurance policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 60 days of starting
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is a plus
  • Willingness to work a set schedule, including evenings and weekends
