Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with their insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers
- Assist customers with questions regarding their existing insurance policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 60 days of starting
- Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is a plus
- Willingness to work a set schedule, including evenings and weekends
