A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and monitor departmental activities to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage and train staff, develop programs, and facilitate change within the Customer Service Division
- Collaborate with clinical teams and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience overseeing hiring, training, and performance management
- Working knowledge of call center systems and quality performance monitoring methods
- Demonstrated ability to analyze work processes and implement changes effectively
