Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide outstanding support in a high-volume customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first-level contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and manage support inquiries using CRM tools
  • Assist with troubleshooting, administrative tasks, and create support articles for the knowledge repository
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime
