A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide outstanding support in a high-volume customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first-level contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer requests and manage support inquiries using CRM tools
- Assist with troubleshooting, administrative tasks, and create support articles for the knowledge repository
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software
- Flexible to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime
