Key Responsibilities
- Handle release of information account issues with internal and external customers
- Process medical record requests and document inquiries in multiple platforms
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while meeting productivity and quality assurance expectations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- One year of experience in data entry, medical records, or insurance claims processing is beneficial
- Ability to pass annual HIPAA examination and a 90-day ROI Certification course
- Compliance with health screening and vaccination requirements as needed
