A company is looking for an Enrollment Representative (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and validation tasks using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
- Assist in the enrollment process for commercial insurance and Medicare, ensuring all required documentation is accurately processed
- Monitor and track enrollment status, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED - Required
- Strong technical skills in MS Excel including data entry validation and report generation
- Experience or knowledge in commercial insurance enrollment or Medicare Enrollment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
