Key Responsibilities
- Support the Medicare Appeal process by answering calls and resolving customer inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of internal policies and perform accurate data entry
- Investigate and resolve customer problems, escalating issues as necessary
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
