- Engage with customers to drive product adoption and mitigate churn through proactive management
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years in Customer Success or account management with enterprise SaaS experience
- Proven track record of establishing trusted advisor relationships with customers
- Experience using Success Plans to align business strategies and success metrics
- Understanding of Jira and Confluence use cases and configuration trade-offs
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and BI tools such as Tableau
