Change Order Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process changes on existing patient orders, including verifying prescription and authorization validity
• Enter patient demographics and ensure completion of change order paperwork
• Communicate with departments to resolve patient concerns and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Home Health/DME related experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance processes is a plus
