Licensed Clinical Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager in Behavioral Health for a work-at-home position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of member needs and determine case resolution strategies
• Apply clinical judgment to reduce risk factors and address complex clinical indicators impacting care planning
• Perform crisis intervention and follow-up for members experiencing behavioral health or medical crises

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of direct clinical practice experience post-master's degree in a relevant setting
• 3 years of knowledge in mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing and good technological skills
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license as per state regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively while performing tasks such as typing
