Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to manage the credentialing process for family caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact incoming families to begin the credentialing process and verify eligibility
• Manage the documentation retrieval process to activate families into the program
• Foster relationships with referral agencies and perform quality assurance checks on documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or intake experience, preferably in healthcare
• Familiarity with Medicaid waiver is highly desired
• Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment required
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to work across multiple systems
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote environment
