Multi-State Licensed Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Telehealth Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide synchronous/asynchronous clinical evaluation, assessment, and treatment of patients in states of licensure
• Prescribe appropriate medication(s) as indicated
• Document encounters appropriately in the EHR platform

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with multiple state licenses required
• Individual NPI number
• Active Prescriptive Authority to Prescribe Medications
• Nursing Compact License
• Active License in specified states; independent practice authority in CA preferred
