Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work from home in Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer service calls and correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Process correspondence and document contacts in accordance with established procedures
  • Complete system updates in line with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in data entry and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
  • Knowledge of child support policies and payment processing procedures
  • Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
