Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialized Senior Claim Representative for Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate, and resolve Workers Compensation claims
• Communicate claim status effectively with all parties involved and maintain open lines of communication
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and state regulations throughout the claim lifecycle

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Two years of Workers Compensation claim handling experience required
• Three years of Workers Compensation claim handling experience preferred
• Experience with compensability investigations and complex injury management
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses as required
