Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from customers in a call center environment
• Document each call efficiently and accurately while monitoring productivity metrics
• Provide accurate assessments of symptoms using Triage Algorithms and ensure HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
• Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Private space in the home for patient privacy and access to high-speed internet
