Partner Relations Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Relations Advisor II to manage relationships and provide support to sales partners in the merchant payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to requests from assigned Sales Partners and manage support queues
• Handle sales orders, statement requests, and various issues related to sales partners
• Facilitate training for new and existing Sales Partners and monitor their feedback

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (College degree preferred)
• Three years of sales and customer service experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in the merchant credit card payment processing industry is highly preferred
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships
• Experience using Google Workspace applications preferred
