Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on assigned accounts to ensure high cash flow until resolution or referral to a collection agency
• Contact patients, employers, insurance companies, and government agencies to expedite payments
• Resolve patient complaints regarding billing and collection processes while maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Typically requires 2 years of experience in insurance processing, collections, or customer service
• No licensure or certification required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of medical insurance billing and legal processes
