Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advocate to support members in navigating their health programs and accessing healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 60+ outbound calls daily to engage members and motivate them to complete health actions
  • Use motivational interviewing techniques to encourage behavior change and resolve barriers to care
  • Assist with healthcare navigation tasks, including finding providers and scheduling appointments
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service or healthcare navigation experience
  • Understanding of health insurance or care coordination
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is a plus
