Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Advocate to support members in navigating their health programs and accessing healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 60+ outbound calls daily to engage members and motivate them to complete health actions
- Use motivational interviewing techniques to encourage behavior change and resolve barriers to care
- Assist with healthcare navigation tasks, including finding providers and scheduling appointments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service or healthcare navigation experience
- Understanding of health insurance or care coordination
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is a plus
