Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional service to clients on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage and prioritize customer support tickets to ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple functionality
  • Dependable and self-driven with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
