Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage and prioritize customer support tickets to ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple functionality
- Dependable and self-driven with an eagerness to learn and grow
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
