Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer questions via chat, email, and calls

- Document recurring questions and contribute to the Support Library
Required Qualifications
- Availability for 15-20 hours per week, especially on weekends
- Ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on problem-solving
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Comfort with software systems, preferably with bookkeeping or accounting experience
