Senior Client Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Advisor to develop trusted relationships with Premium, Private, and Enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard members through live, video-based one-on-one sessions
• Educate customers on security and assist them in understanding bitcoin and self-custody
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of client-facing experience in financial services or technology
• Deep knowledge of bitcoin technology and a passion for learning
• Experience in a proactive client service environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with Google Suite and CRM systems like Hubspot or Salesforce
