Job Summary

A company is looking for a Library Systems and Applications Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the integrated library system (ILS) and user authentication systems
• Assist with website maintenance and collaborate on design updates and content auditing
• Conduct quality assurance testing for homegrown applications and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Combination of education and experience in a systems development environment equal to two years of web development
