Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work at Home Customer Service Advisor for Ohio residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, process, and resolve customer and health care provider inquiries regarding benefits and insurance
• Educate customers and team members on policies and procedures related to benefits
• Document interactions in the tracking system to maintain organized records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
• Available to work shifts within the center's operational hours
• Must be an Ohio resident with access to high-speed, hardwired internet
