Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Medical Assistant to provide exceptional patient care in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patient charts by gathering and organizing medical information for efficient physician visits
• Engage with patients by verifying information, scheduling visits, and ensuring connectivity for virtual appointments
• Provide clinical support by documenting symptoms, recording vitals, and coordinating lab draws and diagnostics

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
• 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a cardiology setting
• Experience in providing virtual care to patients
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Self-driven with a flexible mindset to adapt to new technology and processes
