Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Coordinator to guide clinical decision-making and support the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with decision-making regarding transmission processing and protocols
• Empower the team through educational resources and support clinical inquiries
• Create and manage daily team assignments based on data analysis

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Undergraduate or associate degree in Business Administration, healthcare, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
• IBHRE certification (CDRMS, CCDS, or CEPS) required within one year of promotion
• Current Cardiac Device Specialist II or Senior Cardiac Device Specialist role required to apply
• Demonstrated exceptional relational and communication skills required
