Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work from Home Canadian French Bilingual Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Must be fluent in English and Canadian French (written and verbal)
  • Minimum high school diploma; college preferred
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting consumer products and/or services
