Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Required Qualifications, Training and Education
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
- Must be fluent in English and Canadian French (written and verbal)
- Minimum high school diploma; college preferred
- Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting consumer products and/or services
