A company is looking for an Associate Patient Call Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with inquiries and issues
- Provide one-call resolution and follow up on escalated inquiries
- Verify insurance, process payments, and update patient information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service experience is required
- A/R, billing, and/or insurance verification experience is strongly preferred
- Healthcare experience is required
- Bilingual preferred
