Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
• Make outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and encourage them to connect with licensed sales representatives
• Ensure a positive experience for members and prospects while adhering to call scripts and quality assurance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of call center sales experience
• 1-2 years of call center customer service experience preferred
• Proven success in a remote work environment
• Collections and/or insurance sales experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
