Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
- Make outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and encourage them to connect with licensed sales representatives
- Ensure a positive experience for members and prospects while adhering to call scripts and quality assurance requirements
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of call center sales experience
- 1-2 years of call center customer service experience preferred
- Proven success in a remote work environment
- Collections and/or insurance sales experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
