Lead Verification Support Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Verification Support Agent, fluent in German and English, to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact submitted leads to confirm their interest
• Forward qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
• Accurately update and categorize leads in the system

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (C1 level required)
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
• Hands-on experience in communicating with and following up on leads
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection
