Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional support to customers during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Act as a liaison between the company and its customers, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, or technical problems efficiently and professionally.
• Offer proactive assistance to customers, providing guidance or troubleshooting tips.
• Work closely with other customer service agents to ensure smooth communication and efficient issue resolution.
Requirements
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
• Experience in customer service.
