Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for structural engineering software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via Web, Phone, and Email for STAAD products
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues to enhance satisfaction and product usage
- Collaborate with Development and QA teams to prioritize bug fixes and create knowledge articles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Structural Engineering projects preferred
- Knowledge of US steel and concrete design codes
- Familiarity with STAAD.Pro, RAM Connection, ETABS, SAP2000, or RISA is advantageous
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong desire to learn
