A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound calls and electronic communications
- Assist in interpreting verbal and written communication to make appropriate decisions
- Engage with a collaborative team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Active Personal Lines P&C agent license preferred; license preparation offered for qualified candidates
- Prior insurance agency experience, including customer service, is preferred
- Spanish/bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Access to a strong, stable internet connection and a separate, undisturbed workspace
- Flexibility in working hours is a must
