Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange inquiries
  • Assist with enrollment related to Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange programs
  • Ensure compliance in processing and complete all transactions timely and accurately


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange is required
  • 5+ years of experience in the same areas is ideal
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and people skills
  • Comfort level with technology and ability to diagnose technology issues
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and a team player mentality
