A company is looking for a Senior Member Services Advocate to support clients with inquiries related to spending accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange inquiries
- Assist with enrollment related to Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange programs
- Ensure compliance in processing and complete all transactions timely and accurately
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange is required
- 5+ years of experience in the same areas is ideal
- Strong customer-centric mindset and people skills
- Comfort level with technology and ability to diagnose technology issues
- Exceptional phone etiquette and a team player mentality
