Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines, ensuring timely resolution of patient issues
- Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel, while identifying process improvements for a positive patient experience
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy and concern
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using various communication tools, including phone, email, and online chats
- Effective interpersonal skills to work within a diverse team environment
