Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in customer success management or related fields
  • Experience in business process design or intelligent automation
  • Industry knowledge in delivering Digital Transformation Initiatives
  • 4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or healthcare sectors managing client relationships
