Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of professional experience in customer success management or related fields
- Experience in business process design or intelligent automation
- Industry knowledge in delivering Digital Transformation Initiatives
- 4+ years of experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or healthcare sectors managing client relationships
