Washington State Licensed Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist, Utilization Management (UM) Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review coverage determinations and appeals in a timely and compliant manner
• Act as a formulary expert and assist with clinical questions from technicians and other departments
• Develop and maintain pharmacy cost control and quality initiatives while monitoring drug utilization

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with equivalent experience
• 1 - 2 years post-graduate experience
• Active and unrestricted State Pharmacy License for workplace and plan location
• Continuing education required to maintain an active pharmacist license
• Medicare Part D or Medicaid experience preferred
