A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a team of 10-20 customer service representatives
  • Coach team members to qualify prospects and manage call center activities, including performance monitoring
  • Ensure employees receive appropriate training and resources, and assist with escalated calls
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in a sales/customer service call center environment
  • Previous experience leading a team of 10+ employees
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • General understanding of workforce management
