Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a team of 10-20 customer service representatives
- Coach team members to qualify prospects and manage call center activities, including performance monitoring
- Ensure employees receive appropriate training and resources, and assist with escalated calls
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in a sales/customer service call center environment
- Previous experience leading a team of 10+ employees
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- General understanding of workforce management
