A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support Texas-based Call Center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls regarding Texas Medicaid benefits, claims, and authorizations
- Provide accurate information on STAR, CHIP, and HHCS services
- Document interactions and resolve member concerns with empathy and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare call center experience, preferably with Texas Medicaid
- Must be a Texas resident
- Familiarity with Texas Medicaid, STAR, CHIP, and HHCS
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and diagnosis codes
- Proficient in computer systems and call tracking tools
