Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support Texas-based Call Center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information on STAR, CHIP, and HHCS services
  • Document interactions and resolve member concerns with empathy and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare call center experience, preferably with Texas Medicaid
  • Must be a Texas resident
  • Familiarity with Texas Medicaid, STAR, CHIP, and HHCS
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and diagnosis codes
  • Proficient in computer systems and call tracking tools
