A company is looking for a General Analyst to support the US Department of Transportation's FTA Help Desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 assistance for Agency-specific web-based software applications and document inquiries
- Assist callers in resolving issues and escalate technical problems to appropriate teams
- Maintain high customer service standards and assist with audits of development teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service environment
- High school diploma
- Availability to work any weekday in an 8-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Experience in technical writing and knowledge base maintenance
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers and managers
