Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate claims for benefits based on medical information and contractual agreements while ensuring compliance with policies
- Communicate with customers to gather claim information and explain claims handling, fostering strong relationships
- Provide customer service through various channels, resolving requests and creating positive experiences
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability for work results
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in computer systems, data entry, and Microsoft products
- Access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
- Preferred knowledge of insurance products and medical terminology
