Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to bridge the gap between engineering and client experience teams for their SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product engineering, client experience, and AI engineering teams to identify and resolve issues
- Meet virtually with customers and internal stakeholders to diagnose potential issues
- Write detailed technical specifications for product engineers to reproduce and resolve identified issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or Software Developer with customer-facing responsibilities
- Working knowledge of MySQL or an equivalent relational database querying language
- Ability to read and write code using at least one modern programming language
- Experience debugging complex API integrations
- Comfortable using Chrome DevTools or equivalent to investigate and debug web application issues
