Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer to bridge the gap between engineering and client experience teams for their SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product engineering, client experience, and AI engineering teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Meet virtually with customers and internal stakeholders to diagnose potential issues
  • Write detailed technical specifications for product engineers to reproduce and resolve identified issues
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or Software Developer with customer-facing responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of MySQL or an equivalent relational database querying language
  • Ability to read and write code using at least one modern programming language
  • Experience debugging complex API integrations
  • Comfortable using Chrome DevTools or equivalent to investigate and debug web application issues
