Key Responsibilities
- Models effective communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients
- Responds promptly to service requests via phone, chat, or text
- Maintains knowledge of resources and programs to provide appropriate client referrals
Required Qualifications
- Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Ability to perform assessments and document interactions with clients
- Experience collaborating with staff and referral sources
- Capability to handle phone requests under pressure
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
