Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Mental Health Specialist II for the 988 Lifeline Services - Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Models effective communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients
• Responds promptly to service requests via phone, chat, or text
• Maintains knowledge of resources and programs to provide appropriate client referrals

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to perform assessments and document interactions with clients
• Experience collaborating with staff and referral sources
• Capability to handle phone requests under pressure
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
